Pricing questions
Can I make just one Outstanding Tiny Desk video?
Yes. The Single pack is a one-time payment of $9.90 for 10 credits, enough for one 15-second Standard video: 720p with people, 480p with pets. There is no subscription to cancel.
How much does HD cost?
An HD video costs 20 credits, twice the Standard price: 1080p with people, 720p with pets. The video models charge about twice as much for it.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your balance until you use them, for people or pets, Standard or HD.
Is there a free trial?
No. There are no free credits; every video is paid for with credits from a pack.
What happens if a generation fails?
When a generation is confirmed as failed, its credits return to your balance automatically. Credits are returned, not cash, and a finished video you do not like is not a failed generation.
